  • Application screening fee: ¥22,000
  • Entrance fee: ¥55,000
  • Tuition (annual): ¥660,000
  • Facility maintenance fee (annual): ¥25,000
  • International student insurance (annual): ¥10,000
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) examination fee: ¥7,500
  • Textbook and materials fee (entire course): ¥35,000

Part-Time Job Opportunities

  • International students are permitted to work up to 28 hours per week, approximately 120 hours per month, while studying in Japan.
  • The average hourly wage is approximately JPY 1,300 or higher, depending on the location and type of work.
  • Estimated monthly earnings:
    • Day Shift: JPY 1,300 × 120 hours = JPY 156,000
    • Night Shift: Approximately JPY 180,000 to JPY 210,000 per month

Living Expenses

The estimated monthly cost of accommodation and food is approximately JPY 70,000.

Opportunity for Permanent Residency (PR)

Students who continue their studies and employment in Japan may become eligible to apply for Permanent Residency (PR) after meeting the applicable residency requirements. In general, long-term residents who have lived in Japan for approximately 10 years, including periods of study and employment, may have the opportunity to apply for permanent residence, subject to immigration regulations and eligibility criteria.

Potential Government Financial Support

The Government of Bangladesh has introduced a soft loan program through the Probashi Kallyan Bank for students intending to study abroad. Eligible applicants may receive financial assistance of up to BDT 1,000,000 (Ten Lakh Taka). Approval of the loan is generally subject to obtaining the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and fulfilling the bank’s requirements.
